• No prepayment or advance deposit is required to begin services
• Service packages and hourly rates are agreed upon prior to engagement
• FlowVA reserves the right to revise pricing at any time
• Custom pricing may apply for enterprise or high-volume clients.

4. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
As a client, you agree to:
• Provide accurate and complete information when engaging our services

• Make timely payments for services rendered

• Treat our virtual assistants with professionalism and respect

5. CONFIDENTIALITY

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All work products, deliverables, and outputs produced by FlowVA's virtual assistants for a client become the property of that client upon full payment. All original content, branding, website design, and methodologies belonging to FlowVA remain the sole intellectual property of FlowVA and may not be reproduced or used without written permission.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
FlowVA provides services on an "as-is" basis. While we strive for accuracy and quality in every task, FlowVA shall not be liable for:
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services
• Errors resulting from incomplete, inaccurate, or delayed information provided by the client
• Losses due to technical failures, third-party platforms, or force majeure events

8. PAYMENT TERMS
Invoices are issued based on the agreed billing cycle (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly). Payments are due within 5 business days of invoice issuance unless otherwise agreed. FlowVA reserves the right to pause or terminate services in the event of non-payment. Late payment fees may apply.

9. TERMINATION OF SERVICES
Either party may terminate the service engagement with a minimum of 5 business days written notice. FlowVA reserves the right to terminate services immediately in cases of non-payment, breach of terms, or conduct that is abusive, illegal, or harmful. Any fees owed for services already rendered remain due upon termination.
